Contemporary/Modern is great for spinal alignment and health, core strengthening, helps with flexibility, and is emotionally satisfying because of the freedom of movement.
Jazz is a great cardio and core strengthening workout that energizes the mind and body.
Hip Hop is an upbeat workout great for cardio and building energy. It eases stress as you dance to familiar music.
If anything, taking a dance class is great way to meet new people and have fun! Best of all it costs less to take a dance class than it does to pay for a gym membership.
$10 per class or a 10 Class Pass is $70. 50% off for students and military.
