Royal expressions 5th Anniversary
Royal Expressions Contemporary Ballet is celebrating 5 years of dancing, inspiring, and teaching! We are excited to share
this momentous occasion with the Greensboro community and beyond. We had the esteemed pleasure to host the world
renowned ballerina, Misty Copeland, soloist of American Ballet Theatre.
We also hosted, “Murder at the Ballet”, a murder mystery dinner gala. A portion of the proceeds were donated to our
outreach dance programs. We ended the week with our annual Spring Recital from our school and the professional
company brought back to the stage a double feature of our debut production, Journey to Become and our second season production, BLOOM.
April 21st
We hosted a visit from the world renowned ballerina Misty Copeland. Ms. Copeland came in to teach two master classes at our studio,
which we opened up to dancers throughout the state.
